Join eccentric Professor Fizzy in his high-tech Lunch Lab as he discovers breakthroughs in nutrition, teaches kid-friendly exercise and food science, invents new recipes, and battles archnemesis Fast Food Freddy's greasy schemes with fresh ingredients and healthy habits.

Assisting the professor's mission for nutrition in the kitchen are:

Originally released as the first-ever PBS KIDS web series and recipient of 3x Daytime Emmy nominations for Oustanding New Approaches, Fizzy's Lunch Lab empowers kids and families to make healthy choices through interactive games, videos, songs, recipes, and curriculum-backed activities!

Experience the Lunch Lab's hilarious hijinks as we dig into all things food: food science, food preparation, food around the world, food as fuel for all our activities!

Through character-driven content and S.T.E.A.M.-powered curriculum, we can empower kids and caregivers to make healthy choices that:

• BUILDS lifelong food literacy with early intervention that’s simple, scalable, and impactful
• CREATES a positive change in the current state of childhood nutrition
• ENCOURAGES exercise and daily physical activity
• PROMOTES positive relationships with food through three aspects backed by empirical data:
  • Food as fuel for physical activity
  • Family meal-time interactions
  • Access to seasonal, sustainable food sources
